Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

  • Several types of items are non-returnable, including:

    • Personalized or custom products.

    • Perishable goods (e.g., treats or food).

    • Clearance or final sale items.


Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Late or Missing Refunds

    3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
